Copyright Transfer Agreement

Copyright Transfer Agreement

To be published and to publish and distribute research articles, editors require publishing rights (transferred from the author to the publisher). This agreement concerns the transfer/publishing copyright license, but the author still retains significant rights to use and share the published article. It supports the author's need to share, disseminate, and maximize the impact of their research and these rights in any database. As a journal article author, you have the right to various uses of your article, including in the institution or company where you work. Copyrights can be used without the need for special permission.

Authors publishing articles have broad rights to use their work for teaching and scientific purposes without asking for permission, including:
- Using the article for lectures, presentations, or conferences and distributing copies to participants.
- Distribution to colleagues for research purposes.
- Used in compilations of the author's subsequent work.
- Included in a thesis or dissertation.
- Reuse of sections or excerpts from the article in other works (with full acknowledgment of the final article).
- Preparation of derivative works (other than for commercial purposes) (with full acknowledgment of the final article).
- Voluntary posting on open websites operated by the author or author's agency for scientific purposes.

Authors submitting a manuscript do so with the understanding that if accepted for publication, the copyright for publishing (publishing right) of the article will be transferred. Authors whose articles are accepted for publication will be confirmed via email to submit the Copyright Transfer Agreement and are kindly requested to download the Copyright Transfer Agreement file.
