Exposure to chemicals in the workplace is one of the primary factors contributing to workers’ health risks, particularly in industrial sectors that involve intensive use of chemicals. This study aims to analyze health risks resulting from chemical exposure by comprehensively considering hazard levels, exposure levels, and risk factors. The method used was a literature review, examining various relevant scientific publications from the past five years. The results of the study indicate that chemical exposure occurs via inhalation and dermal routes, both of which have the potential to cause health impacts such as respiratory disorders, skin irritation, and other occupational diseases. The level of risk is influenced by the characteristics of the chemical, the frequency and duration of exposure, and workplace conditions. The health risk assessment approach allows for the identification of risk levels, which can then serve as a basis for determining control strategies. Effective risk control involves a combination of technical and administrative approaches, as well as the use of personal protective equipment. Therefore, comprehensive risk management efforts are necessary to create a safe and healthy work environment
