In the face of increasingly complex business environment uncertainty, the concept of organizational resilience has become a critical factor for ensuring corporate sustainability. This article aims to thoroughly examine the role of organizational resilience in responding to external uncertainty through a comprehensive literature review. Drawing on insights from international journals publications, the study finds that adaptability, organizational learning, and transformational leadership serve as core pillars in shaping resilience. These elements enable organizations to anticipate, absorb, and respond effectively to various forms of disruption. Furthermore, the integration of digital technologies and strategic innovation significantly strengthens an organization's capacity not only to endure crises but also to evolve and thrive in turbulent conditions. The findings suggest that resilience should be regarded as a multidimensional and proactive capability, deeply embedded in organizational culture, systems, and leadership practices. This study contributes to the understanding of how resilience can be operationalized as a key strategic resource in navigating continuous uncertainty.
