Abstract

Employee training and development are essential elements in improving overall organizational performance. In today’s highly competitive business environment, companies are required to continuously innovate and enhance the capacity of their human resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee training and development on organizational performance, with job motivation serving as a mediating variable. The research method applied is a literature review based on reputable international journals published from last five years and indexed in Google Scholar. The review findings indicate that effective training programs not only improve employees’ technical competencies but also positively impact their job motivation. Increased motivation acts as a key mediator that drives higher levels of productivity and work efficiency. Moreover, training approaches that incorporate technology and address individual employee needs have been found more effective in fostering employee engagement. These findings highlight the importance of designing integrated training strategies that align with internal motivation management in order to achieve long-term competitive advantage and sustainable organizational success.
