Abstract

Public administration is a vital instrument in achieving sustainable national development. As a connector between government policies and their implementation in the field, public administration plays a central role in ensuring the quality of public services, efficiency, and transparency in the use of resources. The effectiveness of public administration becomes a decisive factor in the success of development, particularly in integrating the principles of good governance, which include transparency, accountability, participation, and responsiveness. The application of good governance is also aligned with the global agenda of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which emphasize inclusiveness and the principle of leaving no one behind. Various studies indicate that sound public governance enhances public trust, strengthens institutional capacity, and accelerates the achievement of sustainable development objectives.
